Branka joined Harris in 2015, bringing a wealth of leadership experience in the healthcare software and IT services industry. She is deeply passionate about understanding the unique challenges healthcare organizations face and is dedicated to delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ultimately improve patient care.
With a strategic mindset and a hands-on leadership style, Branka thrives on optimizing operations, fostering collaboration, and driving bold initiatives that fuel long-term growth. She believes in the power of technology to transform healthcare and is relentless in her pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
A twenty-year background in relational databases with the majority in the healthcare sector. He graduated with honors and received the provost’s award in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic. Since 2010, Don has worked with EHR data in numerous roles across multiple Business Units within Harris Healthcare.
Don has headed many teams and projects involving medical data for Harris and is committed to producing best-in-class enterprise software.
With over 30 years of healthcare experience as a consultant, revenue cycle management director, implementation director, HIPAA compliance officer, and more, Teresa focused her career on working as a client liaison and delivering the optimal solution for practices across the US. In her current role she works with clients in executing work plans for clients, while also continually working to improve processes and developing more efficient implementation methods.
With over 35 years of healthcare experience, Dana Conley leads Operations Support Services at Harris Computer. She specializes in team leadership, process optimization, and client relations, excelling in managing operations and driving high performance. Dana’s expertise spans reporting, forecasting, invoicing, and Chronic Care Management services.
Outside of work, Dana competes in English Saddle Seat horse shows with her daughter and is dedicated to monthly homeless outreach initiatives, supporting individuals in need.
Anthony Joyce is the Client Services Manager at Harris Ambulatory Group (GEMMS and Digi), with over 15 years of clinical experience specializing in cardiovascular disease. For 17 years, he has led the development, implementation, and integration of a boutique cardiovascular EMR across multiple specialties.
In recent years, Anthony has focused on product regeneration, regulatory compliance, and development, serving as a liaison to the lead development partner. He continues to provide implementation, consulting, training, support, and sales, driving innovation in healthcare technology.
With over 25 years of experience in the Medical Application Support industry and nearly 20 years at GEMMS, Sherri is committed to creating the best customer experience possible. Her current focus is to guarantee all Support issues are handled properly, promptly, and with excellent service. She also coordinates with other teams within GEMMS to analyze data and solve complex issues for clients as quickly as possible. Sherri is a hands-on manager who continues to solve customer issues, and users may even speak with her as she works on support tickets with her team!
