GEMMS ONE Version 7.8 Upgrade Authorization Form

To ensure a smooth transition to GEMMS ONE Version 7.8 sign up for your upgrade by April 22nd, 2024.

Our support team is available on a first-come, first-served basis with scheduling closing on April 30th. Secure your upgrade early for the best experience.

Upgrade OptionsThe upgrade will be done remotely. This Upgrade will require a complete Client reinstall; please take this into consideration when picking a time and option.

Option 1 – No Cost
Upgrade is completed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EDT. In order to complete the upgrade by the 6:00pm the practice must have all users off the GEMMS ONE system by noon EDT. For those on Pacific or Mountain Time, early morning upgrade (7:00 a.m. EDT) with late patient start (noon) is possible.

Option 2 – $3,000
Upgrade must start promptly at 6:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday or Wednesday.

Option 3 – $6,000
Upgrade begins at 6:00 p.m. EDT Friday. GEMMS team is available if needed while customer is testing once they receive system on Saturday.
